1Introduction and Acceptance

1.1 dhaka1 (referred to in these Terms as "dhaka1", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") operates the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at dhaka1.onl. • The player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is found to hold more than one account on the platform.
• dhaka1 suspects the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player has engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward dhaka1 staff or other players.

7.2 Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be confiscated. Real-money deposits not subject to bonus conditions will be returned to the player's verified payment method, less any applicable fees, following the completion of any required investigation.
